Legacy Outdoor Living LLC is committed to providing clear communication and quality service throughout every project.

Deposits

Projects totaling $1,000 or more may require a 50% deposit before work begins. Deposits help secure scheduling, labor, and materials for your project.

Smaller projects may require payment in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Payments

Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or collection efforts if necessary.

Refunds

Deposits may become non-refundable once materials are ordered, labor is scheduled, or work has begun.

Payments Accepted

We currently accept:

  • Cash

  • Checks

  • Zelle

  • Card payments

Project Changes

Additional work requested after project approval may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.

Payment Terms

Final payment is due upon project completion unless alternative arrangements have been approved.

Weather & Scheduling

Outdoor projects are weather dependent. Rain, storms, extreme temperatures, or unsafe site conditions may delay scheduling or project completion.
